There is a lot of cruelty in the world today. Didn’t Jesus say to love your enemies?
We spend a lot of time arguing and not much listening. A lot of time hating and not much caring.
What Jesus said was hard and against our natural inclinations, but that doesn’t
mean we give up on trying. At some point, love will prove to be the one and only thing
that is true.
Be still and know that I am God.
Psalm 46:10
