The Wonder of Nature - Do You Wander or Wonder?

We wander through life but, do we wonder through

life?

The world is a wonderful place. The chair on which you sit is made of atoms that are attached to each other. The atoms are separated by large spaces. Your chair is mostly air yet it holds together and holds you up. The same can be said about your house and the ground on which you stand.

All of nature works together to provide you oxygen, food, and water. Your body is a wonderful machine where your heart, lungs, and other organs work together to keep you alive for 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 years. Your eyes and muscles enable you to get things accomplished.

Nature fills the world with all kinds of wonderful things to see and do. There are many ways to meet God. You may meet God in the scriptures or in worship, in loving acts of service, or in moments of prayer but you can meet God in wonder.

While you are wandering, wonder.

I do this one thing: I forget about the things behind me and reach out for the things ahead of me.
